Member Spotlight: Matt Wegner
"I started training Matt one on one back in 2015. Matt prior to training had no history of exercising which made it much easier to create a solid foundation. Matt has been continuing his journey into the coed CF classes and has made huge gains in his strength, coordination, and performance. From increasing his back squat by 200#s, and his Olympic totals by over 50#. I know Matt is only going to get stronger and more fit as time goes on. I enjoy working with him a daily basis and can't wait to see this year's hard work pay off" - Coach Bane Evans.
